Frequently asked questions
Are all product surfaces included?
Every plan includes Human Analytics, AI crawler analytics, daily prompt monitoring on every AI engine, Content Agent, reports, API keys, and CSV exports. Capacity and some advanced capabilities vary by plan.
Is there a free trial or a free plan?
No. You choose a plan and pay first. Setup starts right after: your business profile, competitors, suggested prompts, and the first run.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges 10 months for 12, so you get 2 months free. Checkout shows the total, billing terms, renewal, and taxes before you pay.
What counts as a brand?
A brand is one website you monitor, including its subdomains, or a company, creator, or local business tracked by name without a website. Core includes 1 brand, Growth 2, Scale 5, and Plus 10.
Tracked prompts are shared across your brands. Competitors are counted per brand and never use a brand.
Can we add more brands?
On Growth and above, extra brands are $49 a month each, added from billing settings. An extra brand adds no prompts. On Core, upgrade to Growth for a second brand.
What happens when usage approaches a limit?
Usage and limits stay visible in the product.
Analytics never stops collecting. If you go over your human events or AI crawler visits, we keep your data and ask you to upgrade after two months over.
Tracked prompts and AI credits stop at the plan limit. Nothing is charged automatically: you can upgrade or buy an opt-in credit top-up.
Can we monitor any website?
You may monitor only domains, properties, data, and accounts you own or are authorized to analyze.
Do you offer agency plans?
Agency plans exist for teams managing authorized client workspaces. Contact Virent for details.
Where can we ask a pricing or procurement question?
