# Invite your team with the access each person needs.

Every member has one role in the workspace. Owners and admins invite people and choose their roles in Settings → Members.

## Invite a member

1. Open Settings → Members: Only owners and admins can invite.
2. Enter an email and a role: The person gets an email invitation.
3. They accept: They sign in, or sign up with the invited email, and join the workspace. If they are signed in with another email, they sign out first.

Your plan includes a number of seats, shown as "N of M seats used". Pending invitations use a seat until they are accepted or expire.

## Roles

| Role | Can |
| --- | --- |
| Owner | Everything an admin can do; every workspace has one owner |
| Admin | Invite members, and manage billing, keys, websites, brands, prompts, Content Agent |
| Developer | Install and manage keys and websites, manage and run prompts, read most dashboards (not Reports) |
| Marketer | Manage brands, competitors and prompts, run prompts, read the dashboards |
| Analyst | Read every dashboard, compare and export citations, complete actions |
| Member | Same as Analyst |
| Viewer | Read dashboards, prompts and actions, without changing anything |
| Billing | Manage the plan, billing and invoices; no product data |

Content Agent is available to owners and admins.
